After you've made a selection from the presented candidates, Lamer Consultancy facilitates the signing of a contract between you and the chosen candidate. This contract includes working conditions, fees, and other details. We ensure a fair and transparent agreement between you and the selected caregiver.

If you are not satisfied with the employee you have chosen within two months, you can share your concerns with us. As Lamer Consultancy, your satisfaction is our priority.
